“Real confidence isn’t a feeling. It’s the quiet certainty that you have the skills required to meet the moment in front of you.” — Kyle Rodes

The mental game drives performance under pressure. Without trained mental skills, even a perfect swing breaks down when it matters most. Your swing mechanics matter, but they only account for part of what decides your score.

Under pressure, your score is a mirror that reflects how you think.

Most golfers acknowledge the importance of the mental game, yet it remains untrained because coaching focuses almost entirely on mechanics.

After more than 10,000 hours of practicing, competing, studying the Greats, and decoding each of my five course-record-breaking performances, I realized the gap between my best and worst rounds was between the ears.

I created my ASCEND™ Mental Performance Framework to give competitive golfers a clear roadmap to develop a complete game, not just a nice swing. The ASCEND™ Skills prevent your true ability from disappearing when it matters most.

“My mission is to help competitive golfers bring their best game into their biggest moments, and unlock new career-low scores under pressure.”

In 8th grade, a basketball injury ended my future in contact sports. At the time, it felt like everything was taken from me. I didn’t know it then, but it pushed me toward the game that would shape my life.

Golf became my obsession.

By my senior year at Plymouth High School, I won the DI Individual State Championship and was nominated “Mr. Golf” for the state of Michigan in 2013. I earned a scholarship to Eastern Michigan University, finishing my collegiate career with one win, five Top-5’s, and ten Top 10’s.

I turned professional after graduating in 2017. Since then, I’ve earned six professional victories, qualified three times for U.S. Open Sectionals, set five course records, and shot a tournament-low 59.

Golf has given me some of my highest highs and some of my most humbling moments. It has challenged me, refined me, and demanded more from me than anything else I’ve pursued.

I work with players who are tired of seeing what they know they’re capable of disappear when it matters most. They don’t need another swing tip, they need the mental skills they can trust under pressure.
